These terms govern orders placed on order.krumcookies.com, operated by Krum Cookies, Rohini, Delhi.

Orders and pricing

• The menu on this site is our current price list. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and the store accepts the order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel it - see Cancellation & Refunds.
• All our products are 100% eggless. Allergen information is available on request; please ask before ordering if you have allergies.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details.

Your responsibilities

• Provide an accurate name and mobile number so we can reach you about your order.
• For pickup orders, collect your order within the stated pickup window.
